WFS BAS packages make managing your business finances simple, accurate, and stress-free. WFS would like to ensure your BAS preparation services continue to suit your business needs. We are pleased to offer four levels of service, and invite you to nominate your preferred package (Level 1, 2, 3 or 4). If you’re considering adding bookkeeping to your service package, please ensure your file is fully reconciled to 30 June so we can implement the service efficiently.

Level 1
The Simple Package
BAS
- Bookkeeping and payroll completed by client.
- Accounting records/accounting software file reconciled by client
- WFS to review transactions and make corrections if required, prepare and lodge BAS with ATO.
$418 quarterly*
Clients who have quarterly BAS and monthly IAS’s commitments (payroll only)
$225 monthly*
Level 2
The Lodge & Analyse Package
BAS & Reports
- Bookkeeping and payroll completed by client.
- Accounting records/accounting software file reconciled by client
- WFS to review transactions, prepare and lodge BAS with ATO.
- Preparation of Quarterly Financial Reports with Key Indicators and Year to Date Summary.
$718 quarterly*
Clients who have quarterly BAS and monthly IAS’s commitments (payroll only)
$325 monthly*
Level 3
The Streamliner Package
Bookkeeping & BAS
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing completed by WFS.
- Accounting records/accounting software file reconciled by WFS
- WFS to prepare and lodge BAS with ATO.
$798 quarterly**
Clients who have quarterly BAS and monthly IAS’s commitments (payroll only)
$335 monthly**
Level 4
The Whole Package
Bookkeeping, BAS & Reports
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing completed by WFS.
- Accounting records/accounting software file reconciled by WFS
- WFS to prepare and lodge BAS with ATO.and Year To Date Summary
- Preparation of Quarterly Financial Reports with Key Indicators and Year To Date Summary.
$1098 quarterly**
Clients who have quarterly BAS and monthly IAS’s commitments (payroll only)
$445 monthly**
The above fees are GST inclusive and will take effect from 1 July 2026.
* The above pricing is based on a minimum understanding of accounting if bookkeeping is undertaken by client. Fees may vary dependant on accuracy of processing if data being processed by client and requires a lot of corrections.
**Fees may vary dependant on number of bank accounts & transactions to be processed, foreign currency, as well as number of employees to be included for payroll processing. A tailored quote will be required dependant on your business needs if outside our standard scope for the above estimated fees.
